Name: ?XGN ANGUStMC
Age: 21
Location: Hawaii
Occupation: Chinook helicopter mechanic/crew for the Army
Tell us a little about you in real life,
- In real life, I love to be active and play sports, spend time outside and play video games. Before the Army, I spent my life playing soccer, working for my Father in his heating/air conditioning business and spending a year in college. I enjoyed college but I wanted something more exciting, so I decided to enlist! Best, yet hardest, decision I have ever made but wouldnt take it back for anything. I returned from deployment in January of this year and I can tell you now, I would not have lasted a year if I did not love my job. ?After I came home, I got my Xbox Live membership back up and running ?and was approached about joining XGN. Second best decision I have made in my life!
How long have you been into gaming? And how long have you been on Xbox
Live?
- I have always loved video games since I was old enough to press the arrow keys on my dads desktop computer. I have only been on Xbox Live for about a year and a half total time. Never realized what I was missing!
What is currently your favorite game(s)?
-Currently, my favorite single player game is the Elders scrolls IV: Oblivion and my favorite multiplayer is COD Black Ops 2
Ever dabbled in poetry? Write us a quick poem if you don?t mind.
-Roses are red, violets are blue
I have no talent, this much is true
if you should forget this, no harm no foul
Gosh my brain hurts, I?ll leave it at that.
How many gaming communities have you been in?
-XGN is my first and last!
How long have you been in XGN?
- 53 days exactly
Tell us a bit about your time as?*RANK*?of?*Squad/div*.
-So far, the most memorable time for me has been as Major of Envision/XK. My General, XGN Yankavich, has pushed me to become a better leader and to do what ever I can to help this fine community grow. Envision as a whole has done great things just since I was promoted. I couldn?t be more proud of my squad!
What do you think makes XGN unique?
- ?The focus on the community aspect moreso than the gaming. Even though we are all gamers, being able to come together and meet all these great people. I have never been witness to another orginization that makes its users feel so welcomed and a part of a family.
What advice do you have for a member who wants someday to be a leader of
this community?
- Do everything you can to help your leadership succeed in their mission and also help the community grow as much as you are able. Activity is key so be on the forums frequently and be as involved with your squad as you can.
What do you hope to see in your personal future in XGN, and what do you
hope to see for the community as a whole?
-As for my future here, I want to do everything i can to help out the community and if that means going higher up the ranks, I will gladly take that challenge. I hope to be here to see XGN become THE largest gaming community and to?continue being the best!
Any last words before the end of the interview?
-I am very thankful to be a member of XGN and do not plan on leaving any time soon! Long live XGN!
Thank ya?ll for reading, hope you enjoyed the questions and his answers.
